Is Tuttons open?

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have decided to temporarily close our doors for the safety of our customers and staff, so unfortunately not for the time being.

When will Tuttons be open again?

It is difficult to say at the moment, however we would like to thank you for your continued support and eagerly await welcoming you back as soon as possible.

What happens to my booking now Tuttons are temporarily closed?

Rest assured that if you have a booking with us from now until the 19th of April, your booking will be cancelled and refunded as soon as possible.

We will email you regarding all future bookings from 20th April onwards in due course, but we hope you can be patient with us during these challenging times.

We would like to thank you for your continued support and eagerly await welcoming you back soon.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Card Refunds: Due to the high volume of refunds that will be processed, it could take anywhere from 5-20 working days for your refund to be received in your bank account. You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed.

BACs Refunds: We will be in contact in due course to confirm the bank details your payment should be refunded to. You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed.

What if the card I used is no longer in use?

Not to worry, the payment will automatically be redirected to the bank account associated with your debit or credit card. If you have fully closed the bank account associated with your card then you will need to contact your brank, once we have emailed you confirming the refund has been processed.
