Is Tuttons open?

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have decided to temporarily close our doors for the safety of our customers and staff, so unfortunately not for the time being.

When will Tuttons be open again?

It is difficult to say at the moment, however we will review our temporary closure in accordance with Government guidelines and recommendations.

What happens to my booking now Tuttons are temporarily closed?

If you have a booking coming up in the next two weeks you will be contacted via email to reschedule or cancel. We hope you can be patient with us during these challenging times.

We would like to thank you for your continued support and eagerly await welcoming you back soon.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Card Refunds:

Due to the high volume of refund requests it will take up to 20 working days (not including weekends or bank holidays), from the date you receive email confirmation that your refund request has been received, for it to be processed.

We sincerely apologise that this is longer than usual and thank you for bearing with us.

BACs Refunds:We will be in contact in due course to confirm the bank details your payment should be refunded to. You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed.

What if the card I used is no longer in use?

Not to worry, the payment will automatically be redirected to the bank account associated with your debit or credit card. If you have fully closed the bank account associated with your card then you will need to contact your bank, once we have emailed you confirming the refund has been processed.
