- Breast of corn-fed chicken, tagliatelle, broad beans & wild mushrooms
- Fillet sea bass, tomato and black olive gnocchi, watercress dressing
- Rump of lamb, Merguez sausage, roasted red pepper & coriander cous cous
- Fettuccini, marinated rictotta and courgettes, confit tomato and toasted pine nuts (v)
